| Print Show Competitions
Central Portrait Branch holds up to 6 print show competitions each year, normally held at each branch meeting. The accumulated score from these competitions determines the winner of Branch Photographer of the Year.
Points can be accumulated in several ways:

1 point per images entered (maximum 4 prints / competition) |
| 2) |
1 point per images that is accepted by the judging panel |
| 3) |
3 points awarded to 1st place print, 2 points awarded to 2nd place print and 1 point awarded to 1st place print at each show |
| 4) |
1 point per wedding album entry New! |
| 5) |
1 point per an accepted album New! |
Imagess entered must be at least 80 square inches (8x10) and mounted on 16x20 mat or mount board. Entries are open to all categories including Specialist.
Images need not be salon quality but keep in mind that a clean presentation is best.
Images on corrugated cardboard are not accepted.
With this new scoring system, points add up fast, so you do not want to miss a single chance to earn points. Click on "Newsletter" and mark the dates for the next print show competition.
New!!! If you are unable to attend a scheduled print show competition but still wish to enter, you mayu do so by sending your print cases to our new Print Show Chairperson Andrea Nielsen. Entries must be received by the Friday befor the meeting dates.
